We offer a variety of maintenance schedules, custom-tailored to your company’s specific needs. Whether you need Monthly, Bi-monthly, Quarterly, or Bi-annual service, we’re here to keep you and your equipment in the game.

Unfortunately, equipment does fail from time to time. When it does, we understand time is crucial. Our average response time is within 4 hours, for non-emergency calls. We will take into account the urgency of your request utilizing our intuitive scheduling hierarchy in order to best serve each of our many customers. If your need falls outside of typical business hours-6:00am to 6:00pm-we can provide after hours service as well.
In-house Service Contracts
Many of our larger clients have found that their annual maintenance costs were driven upwards by unnecessary, expensive, and redundant service call charges. In the past they may have called a national service provider out to their site 5, or possibly 10 times each week. That’s a lot of money each year!
We’ve provided those customers a custom consultation, including an annual contract which met their needs and eliminated daily/ weekly service call charges.
The solution was to embed a qualified service technician or a team of technicians, on-site, for a fixed rate. This technician works daily to maintain equipment through preventative maintenance, as well as to continually diagnose and repair lifts, on-demand.
In this scenario, our customers win big-time! We are responsible for our team-member’s performance, and continuing their technical training and education, and we also relieve the corporation of employment liability and turnover risks typically associated with in-house maintenance. Best of all, there are no hidden fees, and we eliminate repetitive service call charges.
Training
We offer training for a variety of materials handling and warehouse equipment training. Our classes provide certification and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
